The service

Cuesora AI is a web platform that lets you generate images and videos using AI models via text prompts. Access to generation features requires purchasing credits. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

Credits and payments

Credits are the in-app currency used to pay for generations. Credits are purchased with cryptocurrency via NOWPayments and are non-refundable once purchased. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Free daily credits are provided to accounts on the Free plan and reset each calendar day — unused free credits do not carry over.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cuesora AI to generate content that:

• depicts minors in a sexual context
• is designed to harass, threaten, or defame a specific real person
• violates the intellectual property rights of others
• is illegal in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice or refund of unused credits.

Generated content

You own the images and videos you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and display your generated content within the platform (e.g. your gallery). We do not claim ownership of your outputs and do not use them to train AI models.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. AI generation depends on third-party providers (fal.ai) and may occasionally fail or be slow. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. If a generation fails after credits are deducted, the credits are automatically returned to your account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuesora AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
